More photography at the drag races (with Bob Walker Jr.)

Attached is another collage done from a night at 75 and 80 dragway. This 63
Impala is another car that you can be seen in the Nine Inch Nightmare class.

When shooting race cars you will find that any of your camera automatic
settings are not good enough. You either need to switch the camera to
shutter (Tv) priority or manual mode. These cars get over 100+ MPH in just a
few seconds. That kind of speed and time you need set a very fast shutter
speed. Many times when these cars hit the line and take off, I am using a
shutter speed of 1/400 or even higher or they will be blurred in the shot.

Automatic settings on the camera will set everything for a perfect exposure
(even in sport mode) but not have the shutter set fast/high enough to not be
blurred.
